Nauticat 44
This 1979 Nauticat 44, built by Siltala Yachts in Finland and likely derived from a Sparkman & Stephens design, combines the traditional charm of sailing with modern capabilities, making it ideal for extended voyages (1000 l tank) or comfortable liveaboard living (heating, air conditioning, 3 cabins).
Equipped with dual helm stations, both on the aft deck and in the pilothouse, this Nauticat 44 ensures comfortable navigation in all weather conditions. Designed for easy handling and single-handed sailing, with the lines leading aft to the main helm. It is constructed as a two-masted ketch-rigged schooner.
With its three cabins (two double berths and one with single berths) and a convertible saloon, this Nauticat 44 offers comfortable onboard living with ample storage space.
The Lehman 2715E engine, with 900 hours of operation, and the large fuel tanks provide excellent range under power.
This yacht is equipped with an autopilot, a bow thruster, and a 9000 W Kipor generator (2008). Air conditioning is installed, and the Webasto heating system provides additional comfort.
The sail inventory includes a furling mainsail, a furling genoa, a storm jib, a spinnaker, and a mizzen sail. The sails date from 2008 to 2012.
The boat is entirely teak-built and requires restoration.
This Nauticat 44 is ready to welcome its new owners for unforgettable adventures at sea.
