A 2020 unit is in very good overall condition. Designed for coastal cruising, the New Concept 37 is a highly modular vessel.
It includes two cabins and one bathroom, with an additional convertible saloon berth. To starboard, a large storage space is available in place of the third cabin, accessible from the companionway and the saloon. The latter is equipped with a sliding bench, allowing for various configurations when the boat is dockside or underway. The electric sunroof and large windows provide excellent natural lighting and ventilation. A sliding side door at the helm station facilitates movements to the deck. Finally, the backrests of the aft cockpit can be lowered to convert into sunbathing areas, in addition to those forward.
It is equipped with two Volvo D4 270 hp engines, in Z-drive configuration, with only 100 hours of use. A solar panel provides supplementary on-board power supply. The Flir thermal camera allows to enhance boat security and facilitate maneuvers, in addition to the bow thruster.
